If the product you purchased is more than 15 days old, we will not be able to provide you with a refund or exchange. To return the goods, your product must be unused and the outer packaging must be intact. It must also be in its original packaging. Some products are not eligible for return. Perishable goods cannot be returned.
We also do not accept dangerous goods, flammable liquids or gases.
To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We will only provide a partial refund (if applicable) in the following cases: any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts, for reasons not due to our error; any item returned after 15 days of delivery.

Exchanges, Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Unfortunately again, Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $50, Highly recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. It will help lot that both of us could tracking your returned item.
